Family Care Plan – Information Workshop

  • Do you have a plan for respite care in case of military deployment or temporary duty?

If you answered no any of these questions then this session is for you.

A Family Care Plan  gives families peace of mind to know that if an emergency should occur, a plan is in place to look after the children.  One of the most important considerations of military family readiness is to ensure that your family is taken care of during times of member; training, mobilization and deployment. The Family Care Plan is very important for all CAF families with children.
This virtual workshop will give you important information on policies and benefits with relation to Respite and Emergency childcare.  You will meet in an interactive virtual classroom  from the comfort of your home computer, to connect with other military families across the country.
Hosted by:
Meghann Trollip, Deployment Support and Education Coordinator at Mainland BC MFRC.
Meghann will go over the forms required to set up your family care plan.  You will learn step by step tips to set up your family care plan, benefits that are available to you and your family.
The sessions have been scheduled with East Coast and West Coast in mind to give everyone a chance to join in.
Registration is limited to 25 participants for each session, so please register early to save your spot.
